GADA
Paramitha is an Indonesian-born fashion designer. With her background in graphic design, she has edited magazine layouts, posters, and merchandise. Having that experience, she won the Grand Prize in Bunka College's 100th Anniversary Logo Contest and has been actively making posters, layouts, and logos ever since. This graphic design skill opened a lot of chances for her in the fashion industry and she gained experience in an intern position as a junior designer in a world-class streetwear brand.
Paramitha found a place to call home which starts from the photography community in Tokyo. From that moment, she realized that interests and hobbies save souls more than anyone could imagine. With her background in fashion and graphic design, Paramitha founded GADA in hopes of connecting people through clothes. GADA, which starts from a graduation collection from Bunka Fashion College Tokyo, has been given a name taken from Lord Hanuman’s invincible weapon in Hinduism. In this individualistic society, GADA hopes to connect people and maybe spark a little conversation. Who knows, maybe it will lead to something magical. TREMENDUMFani Atmanti is a Yogyakarta-born architect who has a huge interest in art, architecture, and cultural heritage. Fani Atmanti has always been close to “traditional and contemporary”. She has worked on many projects in China and Japan that are mixed from those two elements. She has worked with world-class architects (Kengo Kuma Associates and Sou Fujimoto Architects) and designed many important projects around the world.
Fani Atmanti, an architect based in Japan, is also active in preserving culture by participating in heritage research about traditional settlements in the rainforest. Having experience working with world-class architects gave her the desire to challenge herself to solve problems in another field than architecture. She accepts the challenge of collaborating with Rockologist and developing high-quality and meaningful local Indonesian products in TREMENDUM. |
