Architect and designer based in Tsukuba city, Ibaraki currently work as independent architect, designer and a researcher in University of Tsukuba. She received PhD in World Heritage Studies from the University of Tsukuba on March 2025 and received two awards from her graduation dissertation. She has been experienced and involve on architecture projects in China, Japan, and Taiwan under Japanese architects studio since 2012. Fani previous research was about structural genius of architecture in Nias Island, Bawomataluo village, conservation methodology and its adaptive reuse of Omo hada for modern lifestyle. She and Dini Aiko wrote 2 books about Indonesia Indigenous Knowledge. The book is sold in Indonesia and Japan, and also available in library around the world including Leiden University Library. The books have been exhibited in Osaka Expo 2025 and received worldwide recognition.
